I’ve been trying new things on this food truck from last 2 months and my experience has been amazing. The food here is made for soul.The hygiene and presentation matters with the taste, that’s what you get there. This is all in one package. It’s totally worth it.
Special Pasta with Garlic Bread was real spicy and tasty. Pasta was upto mark. Grilled Tandoori Paneer was average. It was a bit dry. Little more mayo or sauce should be used to make it better, otherwise it was okay.
After watching Saif’s movie Chef I was totally amazed and yesterday I found a similar looking food truck in office premises. This food truck offers you variety of sandwiches, fries, burgers , pastas and many other delicious snacks. I would highly recommend their sandwiches. Food presentation, hygiene and staff service was good. However it was not that economical but experience was worthy.

Worst Ceasar salad ever. I literally received fried bread crumbs and lettuce. The dressing was wrong (just mayo) and inadequate. Dissatisfied and disappointed!
Not been a huge fan of vegetarian Shawarma but I wanted to try the paneer shawarma out here. Pretty decent and tasty. Moreover I liked the kind of hygiene they maintain. I felt the Mayo was a bit too sweet but the mint dip blended with it well.
Visited this food truck stretch recently and it was so lively at night , found thyme serving my type of snacking option.but disappointed to say it lacked proper taste & presentation.Tried the Amritsari paneer fingers but fried to perfection but lacked a flavour.Sandwiches too wasn’t that great & the fries were soggy.Environment was nice but really add value to food.
