We had a team party last night in Appu Ghar Express. First of all, they immediately need to hire a good and educated staff who can talk to the customers and understand their concern. The overall management of the place was so bad, they had no idea of anything on whats going on? The AC wasn’t working in the lounge we all were fully sweating. The brands of beer or whiskey wasn’t there which was promised earlier, the snacks were soggy, the lounge was stinky. The place has some good sports like bowling, snooker but needs a lot of maintenance work (The coordinator had no idea that wearing blowing shoes are compulsory while playing and rather asked us to play bare footed). The staff was nowhere looking capable of assisting a corporate event like this. Only the DJ was a saving grace for them. I wouldn’t recommend this place for even a small get together.
Its a nice place to visit with family, friends and kids. we came to this place for a team event and had a good time together. We enjoyed the bowling and other games. My team specially liked that jolt ride which gives you some good bumps extensively. My overall experience was good.
Perfect place to conduct Corporate events. They have Ample of patrying place and very large parking area which makes it the most selective among all the other competitors. Their food quality was delicious and on the top of that their service made it more enjoyable. Most reccomended. We enjoyed our party we had for our corporate in Nov’17. Recieved positive and amazing responses from our employees. Looking forward for more business in near future.
We had a team party here ,place is good and spacious , but food and staff not good . They are rude and not cooperated. Not recommended for corporate parties.
The worst place to visit. It’s a club where you can try a hand in Bowling. That’s it, nothing to like about food. Save your time and do not visit the place if you want food.
The place is a shit hole right now, its going under renovation. No service, pathetic food, no environment at all. Why 2.0 rating, because of bowling and pool table. Better avoid talking abt food .. most of the things tasted bad. Our Dj was also slow and non-energetic guy.Go at your risk probably only for​ bowling only !
This 1.5 rating is for bowling alley only. Otherwise the food is pathetic. Service is pathetic. We ordered veg Manchurian, spring rolls and hara bhara kebab. Veg Manchurian tasted old as if the balls were prepared a couple of days ago. In spring rolls, the vegetables used were old and dull. Hara bhara kebab was tasteless.We complained to the manager there but he was not at all helpful.Visit this place only if you want to play bowling. Rest should be avoided.
