I visited them yesterday, they had buffet option only due to 26 Jan, which was not very good in taste. When we ask to serve roti as they was serving to few, they said that you need to pick yourself, and mention those few people as there special guest. Even on asking for water, waiter picked jug from our table, and said u have to take from dispenser placed with buffet. Very biased and rude behaviour, he was not even concern of the fact that we have baby and aged people with us. Not expected such attitude from such place.
I visited Govinda’s yesterday ordered thali, was surprised to see only half portion of papad was served, on asking the waiter that why only half papad is served, he was extremely rude and mannerless, he rudely replied how many years before I had visited the restaurant although I m a regular visitor, and he started such a arugument with such a bad attitude, he seems to be a totally frustrated person without any courtesy and extremely rude behaviour.management should check with him what he is upto. Zero on customer satisfaction poor attitude. Food was okay

The food preparation was good. The only thing to report is that sweet flavour was missing from the malai kofta. Other than that, no complains at all overall.
The quantity of food and the taste was very good considering that it was made without onion and garlic. Prices were fair enough. I would suggest you to have kadhai paneer and naan. Best combo ever.
