Last night I visited this outlet with my friends.I heard a lot about this restaurant, so decided to give a shot.We ordered Matka Chicken and Muttar Mushroom. I must say the food was really delicious specially the Matta Chicken.The only thing that bothered me is the service. They were taking too long so serve the order.But, things like this happens sometime.Besides that the everything is great.
New Desi joint in Noida sector 18, TCK. The Champaran Kitchen .fresh food cooked in mustard oil. Been their twice .they got chicken served in traditional matkas as well. Fresh rohu fish . Found chicken cooked inconsistently both the time. Biggest plus is fresh meat chicken n fish but preparation could be enhanced.
Recently, picked an order from The Champaran Kitchen ‘Butter chicken’We found the chicken is OK and gravy is Average. THE portion and price was fine but overall taste like lacks flavour of butter :). As Compre to other places butter chicken i have found TCK butter chicken just average.We had also ordered Champaran meat but this was not as expected it was bit sweet instead of spicy.I had expectation of the preparation would be like the Champaran speciality but it was not the way it should be. Overall not bad but average flavors and taste.I hope they would work upon it and will improvise. All the best team TCKThanks!!CSD
