It’s a normal restaurant for veg and non_veg food. The interiors are quite pleasing not very upto mark regarding to the area it is in. Now,about food as our hostel is near the restaurant so we have visited a quite a few times but, the food is like nearly average taste. Too many complaints regarding the taste. They should improvise to keep their name as they glittering term ‘golden’.
The Food quality is not up to the mark and the space, especially the sofas and tables were very unhygienic. The service is slow too. If you still want to go, please try veg noodles only.
This restaurant is just infront of Subharti university and is the second restaurant in the nearby region in economical range. The quality of food is damn bad. They follow the same culture that crunch of kolkata follows which is to prepare 1 or 2 gravy and put the same gravy in every dish. When a person orders 2nd dish use another gravy and in case of 3rd dish just deny that it can not be prepared today. Next day you order the same dish you couldn’t eat the previous day and you will get it but the taste, the style, the colour will be exactly the same to something you ate the previous day. I have ordered here chicken tawa, special punjabi chicken, chicken masala, chicken kadhai, chicken rara, chicken curry and all these taste same as they all have same gravy. No difference at all. Once i asked if i have been served the same thing i ordered because i dont think it is prepared that way, then their chef who happens to be the best chef in the world argues that it is the same thing and i dont actually know how that particular dish tastes like. So yeah its a pretty good restaurant!
