I did not receive the full order. I called up the restaurant and he agreed to deliver the missing item and after waiting for around one hour, the missing item was delivered to some one else. When I made a complaint in zomato they refunded me some amount for same. Zomato service is pathetic as you have to wait for hours to get a reply. Wait time was one minute when I started the chat but I got first reply after 24 minutes.
