कल मैंने एक ऑर्डर किया था अपने मित्र के लिए मटर पनीर दाल मखनी बटर नान, खाना खोल कर देखने से पता चला दाल मखनी से बदबू आ रही थी, मेरे मित्र ने मुझे whatsapp पर दाल की फोटो भेजी और लिखा कि खाना तो खराब है, किसी कारणवश मे वो मैसेज समय से पढ़ नहीं पाया, जब मैंने सुबह whatsapp खोल कर देखा तब zometo की हेल्प लाइन पर शिकायत की लेकिन उन्होने कहाँ अब देर हो चुकी है, साथ मे दाल माखनी की फोटो और उस से सम्बन्धित बात का एक अंश संलग्न है, इतना घटिया खाना भेजते ही शर्म आनी चाहिए, पैसे और टाइम की बर्बादी के अलावा कुछ नहीं था तुम्हारा खाना, सभी मित्रों से निवेदन है इतने घटिया रेस्त्रां से खाना ना मंगाए रखा हुआ बासी खाना गरम करके भेजते है, चोर कहीं के।

I had my today’s lunch over there. When waiter handover the bill to me I kept the cash inside the bill wallet. Waiter cross checked the amount in from of me and then went outside after few mins he came back and told me I paid less as per the bill amount. When he handover my hash in my hand one 100 rupees note was missing from them. I didn’t said anything to him because so many other peoples was also there & without saying anything to him I gave one more 100 RS to him. It’s not about 100 RS it’s about they are cheating their customers. Either I have to make a dramatic scene over there or I have to pay the cheated amount. Totally disappointed experience.
Even mention order should be without garlic and onion. The order contains onion. Idli is not fresh. Order sambhar vada which change into idli sambhar by own. Worst food ever experience. Would not recommended
