i had almost forgotten that bread pudding existed when the staff at the Trident surprised me with one of my childhood favourites. I am all for old fashioned and easy to make desserts and I would much rather have a caramel custard than one of those manic, multi-coloured soufflés. So, thank you, Trident. The food was good but forgettable, however, I enjoyed your salad bar the most!
