On a trip to Agra we decided to stop for some vegetarian food . So we went to Udupi and ordered idli sambhar and masala dosa . Idlis were soft and perfect , masala dosa could have been better though . Udupi is a good choice if you want some pocket friendly vegetarian food .
Visited here for south indian food during trip to agra. Location is good, its just near by taj mahal east gate. They have parking space also but its small. They have simple interiors. Food was also not impressed me. Had masala dosa which was oily and it was not much crispy. Sambhar and chuttny was excellent.
worst place for south indian food. They serve Masala Dosa with tons of oils, masala was not properly cooked too. It’s not genuine Udipi as we find in South India, just copied the name to befool the customers. The waiter, Krishna, behaved abruptly and said this is how the restaurant makes south indian cuisines. Not worthy.this much oil was soaked by just putting the tissue paper over the dosa.
Udupi is famous for south indian food so visited here during trip of agra.This is located near by east gate of taj mahal. Interiors of place is average which can be better,ambience was also average.Had iddli which was good in taste, service was fast.
Very neat and clean place. Had good south indian breakfast of rawa dosa, mysore masala dosa, vadai and idli with husband. Staff was very polite. Restaurant was not having unnecessary noise or confused staff. Will recommend for a quiet, healthy and tasty breakfast at this place
