I ordered today paneer amritsari (full portion having 8-10 paneer pieces as claimed by restaurant) via zomato for my mother.The order came on time. The delivery guy requested for a good rating so I gave full rating for the order. Later my mom shared this pic with me (attached) and told me she could not eat the dish even a little since it was horrible. There were no paneer pieces at all, only very few tiny pieces maybe 3 and that’s all. Furthermore the veggies were uncooked it seems. My mother had to throw away the remaining dish. If I were to guess, the dish was clearly prepared in a hurry.Did not expect a 4.2 star restaurant for such a terrible service. Too bad zomato for false ratings!!! Please investigate whether it was restaurant’s fault for such a disaster experience.
