This restaurant serves just OK food (North Indian) and very bad South Indian. In terms of price, I will rate it very expensive. The food portion served is not much as compare to the prices. I will say that please do not order South Indian food and stick to North Indian only. However the ambiance of the place is good. They have their paan shop as well and that is also expensive.

Heard a lot about it’s greatness but my experience was not that great. Cafe Elaichi has a beautiful ambience from inside out. I ordered their speciality which is Pani Puri and jalapenos & paneer croquettes. The water of Pani Puri was just okay and the croquettes were just average. Hope next time I’ll have a better food experience.
Cafe elaichi has the very calm and sophisticated ambiance. The seating arrangement is done very comfortably.We were here recently to try out their food.We ordered Uttapam & Shahi tukda. As you can see in pictures , both the dishes were served in good portion and both tasted really good. The shahi tukda was loaded with Rabdi and was so soft.Apart from all this , they also have Zomato gold , so that’s like icing on the cake.We had a great time here.Do visit and tell us about yours.Follow us on Instagram.
A place with one of the prettiest ambience in town having a train theme. We ordered soy keema pav, banana tikki, walnut Banana lassi and jalebi rabri. Keema pav was certainly delicious with enough keema but less pav. Banana tikki was good too and lassi had a unique taste. Jalebi rabri provided a great end to the evening. Staff was polite and service was fast too even on crowdy evening. Only complaint will be regarding the price which are a bit high rest everything is good.
We went to Cafe Elaichi and I must say, the ambience is way more better than what you’d judge by the name. We ordered a plate of dosa and White Sauce Arrabiata Paste.Pasta- Somehow it didn’t feel like one whole dish rather than two seperate parts of it which did nor blend. The sauce did not seep into pasta and it felt like I had to consume boiled pastas with dip of sauce.Dosa- This was the best part. Perfectly crunchy with rich flavours and spices and served hot..Overall, I was satisifed with the staff and the ambience. The food worked for me too. I would give it a 4 on 5.
