Have tasted many bikanerwalas in Delhi but this one in Dehradun utterly disappoints! Had ordered 1 masala dosa and 1 tikki chat. The dosa was too salty and the sambhar lacks any vegetables inside. Chutney though was perfect. Tikki was saggy and chewy like if it was mixed with a lot of corn flour. The price was 140 for masala dosa and 75 Rs for a rubbish tikki plate (that we left as such) Will not be visiting for anything out here. rashmikanti.wordpress.com
