One of the best cafes of dehradun to have mouth watering brownies. Best coffee. Could have been a little less expensive but overall it’s a great place to visit.
Food is pathetic, we ordered cheese fries and bbq paneer sandwiches and both were a waste of money. Shake were still better.Never had such a disgusting food!
I stay in Hyderabad but I went to Uttarakhand on a holiday. I was an ardent follower of MasterChef and had made up my mind several years ago that I will definitely visit Samantha’s cafe.Ambiance- Very cosy and the best part is they are pet friendly. The pet friendly factor wins half the race for me. Good seating inside with two ACs at work. I could also see a glimpse of their kitchen which seemed very clean compared to the other places I have seen. It had ample seating inside and outside to house sufficient crowd. I could see a lot of students enjoying a burger, pizza or nachos whilst playing Uno or one of the board games. The walls were adorned with Samantha’s pics from MasterChef and her marriage ones. Very lively ambiance! 5/5Service- You place the order and go collect your own food from the counter. I wish that in this aspect they could provide table service. The staff is nevertheless very polite and we’ll mannered. Also, another suggestion would be to keep bottles of water and glasses on each table. 4/5Food- Awesome is the word for it. We tried the following-:Cinnamon frappucino- Something very different, this was light and had a mild taste of cinnamon. If you like cinnamon, you got your pick. My mom loved it. 5/5Margherita Pizza- Oo La la! Loved it. It had an overpowering garlicky taste which I personally love. The cheese was well melted and the sauce was amazing. If I wasn’t so health conscious, I would gobble one more for sure. 5/5Hazelnut chocolate pastry – Amazing! To be honest, I did not find much of a hazelnut taste but the overall pastry was adorable. They had added a layer of cream cheese and cherries. The cherries added a slight sour taste to the otherwise sweet pastry. Id love to have this again! 5/5Will I come here again? Yes, it’s become my favourite in a single visit.
The food is amazing. They have variety of pastries and cakes. It’s a beautiful cafe and the staff is polite too. My favourite is the chicken burger, cold coffee is great too. Parking space is available and the cafe is reasonable. It’s a pretty good cafe for an evening date.
