This place is very close to the station, place is fine, food is average. Staff is very nice. Good thing is that they are very professional, my friend didn’t like of the soup, they exchanged it, still it was same so they did not considere that dish in the bill, and at the end when we asked they simply replied customer’s satisfaction is all they need. Much appreciated. Starters are good here.
We visited this looking at the exterior. It was a classic reminder that appearances are often deceptive.Food (1/5): We ordered a chicken biryani, chicken saagwala and soup. Soup had noodles fried in some stale oil and was giving a weird taste. Chicken saagwala had inadequate quantity and sub par quality. Chicken biryani tasted exactly like jeera rice, with chicken pieces added.Service (1/5): We had to ask for water multiple times. On one occasion, the waiter nodded, and came back with water after 7-8 minutes. The bill came to around 700, which was exorbitant given the quality and quantity of food and service.
I stayed in their hotel for 3 nights and over this period I tried Veg manchurian, garlic fried rice, aloo jeera, chilli paneer, masala papad, omelette and tea.The manchurian had lots of green onions and was very soft. The name of garlic fried rice was taken too seriously by the restaurant I suppose because there was a very strong taste of garlic in the rice. Overall, the portion of the rice was good. The chilli paneer had a lot of Vegetables and the paneer was very soft. The highlight was aloo jeera though. It was really tasty and was a comfort food for me during my stay.Overall, a budget restaurant with nice quality of food.
