This is a proper Tibet style serving restaurant near the Mindrolling Monastery. It’s serves all sort of Tibet food and a lot to try on. They have a variety of food items from mushrooms to chicken, mutton and more. They also have a coffee cafe at a corner serving coffee, shakes, cakes and donuts. My all time favorite starter is the fried mushrooms. The hakka noodles with chicken dishes are great combo too. They have a lot to offer go and do try.
It serves various types of Chinese and Tibetan food.We were there to have light snacks What we ordered*Honey PotatoWe misunderstood it as considering it as Honey Chilli Potato. They were simply Honey potato means sweet. It was good in taste if you like Honey and potato but who do not like sweet kind of snacks then this is not for you.(3.5/5)*Midnight BeautyIt was cold drink float kind of drink .(3/5)*Cold drink
My friend spoke very highly of this place to I decided to go there myself. The Shabaklap and momos were quite good, but the rest of the food was just average. I would definitely go there for the starters again, the rest not so much.
The place is near Budhha temple, and serves a proper tibet style food !Everything is worth a try .Quantity was good, Service is Average, Prices are normal !Whenever you visit Budhha temple , visit there too.You won’t feel disappointed!
This is a good place for cheap food. but can be unpredictable, especially momos. Buff and pork dishes are ok. Double fried pork is their best dish. Shanghai style rice and noodles is worth a try. Darsen is good but order only if there are at least three to four people. Garlic fried rice is also great. You can’t go wrong with the tingmos, butter fried mushrooms or the dry chilli chicken either.
