  Truly enjoyed the food I ordered on all of my visits. The preparation is done using high quality ingredients and is par with some of the fine-dining places I have visited. Good to find such places in Dehradun.

  Seldom you meet people who are so passionate about their craft. Abhiskek Rajput is one such host. His humble greetings and quality food will bind your soul to Pahadi Gaadi. A beautiful food truck at a great location. We ordered tea and pita bread with hummus. Honestly were left wanting for more. Insurmountable taste, delicious food. If you are in Dehradun, this is one of the must go place. Best to be visited around sunset time.

  After hearing a lot from my friends I went to this place and it’s worth the visit. The food was really good especially veg kababs and schezwan chilli mushroom. I will highly recommend this place for a beautiful sight and enjoyable time with your loved ones.

  Went there with my siblings and had a great time. We tried almost all the items on the menu and were very happy with the taste and quality. The best thing was that the food was made fresh and in front of us. The owner also mentioned that they do not use ajinomoto in their chinese preparations which is mind blowing. They are probably the only ones in Dehradun serving this level of taste without using this ingredient. The food was hygienic and the environment was good. We tried the schezwan chicken and mushrooms which had a lip smacking taste. The chicken was very good and was moist and juicy and was not dry. Similarly, the mushrooms were full of flavor and had quality veggies. The food was wrapped in a wonderful sauce which kept the flavors alive. The noodles were also very good .An added benefit is that there is sufficient space for parking. I highly recommend to everyone looking to eat some great tasting food made in high quality ingredients. Going there any chance I get.

  Pahaadi gaadi It was yet another beautiful evening we decided to go for a ride to Maggie point and we were halfway there when we realised we didn’t want to have Maggie so on our way back near senior citizens complex we spotted this beautiful food truck.The area was all lit and there stood this food truck in the wilderness.It has good seating area with metal chairs and tables we order veg galwati kababs and shezwan chilli mushroom.Veg galwati kababs To be very honest I had never had so scrumptious veg kababs. It tasted so much like mutton kababs but we’re not as moist and juicy as mutton kababs. But the flavours were on point. There were made up of some pahaadi daal.Schezwan chilli mushroom It was amazing. Perfectly Fried and tossed with veggies and sause gave it a beautiful Chinese flavour.We highly recommend pahaadi gaadi for some flavourful food beautiful sight and enjoyable time .

  Have visited a few times now. The highlight of my experience is the quality of food and the taste is brilliant, almost at par with some of the best I’ve had in Delhi and other metro cities. To get the same quality in Dehradun is a very pleasant surprise. The garlic schezwan mushrooms, hakka noodles are my top picks in vegetarian. The mutton galawti and orange chicken are show stealers when it comes to authentic recipes and good ingredients. I am looking forward to the new recipes they are adding to the menu. Definitely here to stay 🙂
