  Totally in love with this place.This place is a total haven for people with sweetooth.Located on the top most foodcourt of pacific mall.Talking about the food the place aces in its waffles and have plethora of options in it.The place shares the common seating arrangement of the food court.The mini pancakes are also a must try.They also serves shakes.This place is a total must visit after a lunch or dinner if you are craving for somthing sweet and tasty.

  Founded in 2015, The Belgian Waffle Co. is one of the first Waffle outlets in India that offers a unique, on-the-go waffle sandwich service, freshly created with their specially formulated egg-less batter and premium fillings. As the name suggests, they serve waffles of different types and are not just limited to waffles but also offer a variety of mini pancakes of exotic flavours and toppings which can also be customized as per preference. The waffles at BWC are like stuffed sandwiches with fillings of your choice. They have less of crispiness as what we normally find in waffles served at other places, rather these are soft and slightly gooey however are no doubt of superior quality. As it goes from waffle to waffle, some waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Which makes them all the more Unique, Delicious and Drool-worthy!The mini pancakes are light, tender and fluffy smeared with icing sugar and chocolate, nutella or hazelnut syrup. They also serve Savoury waffles for those who ain’t really a sweet tooth. And a variety of Shakes, Smoothies and Coolers which I personally feel need some improvement, as to me, most of them taste alike. Some of the waffles that I have tasted:- Freshly Baked Waff-Wich:1. Belgian Chocolate – A classic crispy waffle with a layer of melted Belgian milk chocolate with a waffle base prepared with milk itself. Simple and Light.2. Black Velvet Kiki & Cream – This is a signature black velvet waffle prepared with their special blue cookie and cream crunch filling. Feeling smurf-y? Try this out.3. Triple Chocolate Dark – When twice the chocolate isn’t enough, we go for the triple dark chocolate with three layers of White, Milk and Dark melted Belgian chocolate with their signature dark chocolate batter. Its sure to give you a sugar – high. The most indulgent chocolate waffle ever tasted. My personal favourite! 4. Red Velvet Cotton Candy – A true original red velvet waffle with a crunchy cotton candy filling. Re-live your childhood memories with this pink deliciousness. – Waffle Ice Cream Sundaes:1. Banana Split Royale – Original red velvet waffle with a filling of chocolate and vanilla ice-cream and a layer of fresh bananas topped with salted caramel, fudge sauce and roasted almonds. So heavenly! A must – try! 2. Rocky Road – This is a dark chocolate waffle sundae with vanilla ice cream, melted chocolate, cookies and roasted almonds topped with loads of fudge. Simply majestic. In love with this one!- Mini Pancakes:1. Naked Nutella Pancakes – Classic mini chocolate pancakes smeared with icing sugar and a topping of Nutella. Super soft and fluffy. 2. Black Velvet Pancakes – These are mini black velvet pancakes topped with salted caramel syrup. Super sweet!The Belgian Waffle has a mini outlet in the food court of Pacific Mall, that functions more as a take away than dine in, so sometimes it’s slightly difficult to relish the waffles. Though it is convenient for those who are on the move or in a rush and wish to quickly grab some sugar rush. They have a very cute and neat packing for take-away. Their service is really fast and the staff is decent and friendly. The prices are super pocket friendly, that make all these goodies affordable. The Belgian Waffle Co. is out with a mission to spread taste and delight with their freshly baked, hot and crispy waffles! So definitely try them out!
