Impeccable service with delicious food , exactly the type of service you would expect from a well run establishment .The ambience of this place is so beautiful that it almost looks like a pretty picture .They have opened up a bar downstairs , Polo bar .Certainly , this place is one of the oldest gems .I have always loved their soups and dal makhani .Though Ashtley hall has a lot of parking space but even then parking is an issue during rush hours .
Nice place to spend the evening at. It has a marvelous menu which waters your mouth right when you see it. The food is delicious here and I can rely on this place whenever we have unexpected visitors at meal times. The Bread Basket is a really good idea along with all the paneer dishes. Kadhai Paneer being my favourite. The sweet dishes are also good.The staff and the ambience is also Okay.Overall nice place to be and eat at
I went here because I have heard a lot of good things about this place..we ordered Tim Collins and tequila sunrise in drinks..I must say they can really improve the presentation of the cocktailsThey served the drinks in plain boring glasses with no fun or surprises Moving on we ordered paneer tikka for starters which was fairly goodFor main course we ordered Kadhai chicken and naan/roti The chicken was good with lots of different spices added to it and the taste varied a lot from the conventional taste..overall it’s a good place for family dinners.
I grew up in Dehra Doon where my family always used to go out for dinner on Sunday, and 99% of the time we are found dining at President or it’s sister branch – Prez. I have been to restaurants more famous than this, but trust me, nothing in the world beats the kind of food they service and the type of quality service that they provide. I have eaten exactly the same food- Lung fung soup veg, with starters like Pasta or Chilli Chicken and Butter chicken in main course. Till date, I have not found a better recipe than theirs, nothing matches their taste when it comes to Butter Chicken. Especial thanks to Mr. Rakesh, who has adored me since childhood! Uncle, truly, I miss butter chicken of President! It’s been over 2 years since I last had it!
This place has been legendary with the butter chicken amongst other phenomenal food items. The consistency is something to rave about. They’ve been serving great food for as long as I can remember. Staff is very courteous and remembers you and does a great job. Fantastic experience.
Standing tall since so many years even after so many new ones opened in the city. And you can do it only if you maintain your food taste and quality. That’s what it’s all about. A perfect family restaurant with great food.
Best place for a perfect dinner, try their Chinese, Thai, Continental, Indian or whatever cuisine one liked. I doubt if anyone has ever gone unsatisfied from here. This place has always been my favourite no matter what day of the year it is. The service is also good and fast
