Wonderful restaurant and ONYX bar, View of the Terrace gives you a memorable time you will spent with your loved one. Food itself is a WOW ! Property has many other good reasons to spent the vacation or having get together. As it is not a brand with its name, but a brand with its real quality of food and best services.

This place holds beautiful ambience Terrace seating is the most attractive part & view from terrace took my heart away, Interiors are simple yet classy ❤❤I found little lack in quantity of Buffet they offer they can increase their number of dishes in desserts section .Coming to how it taste i was little disappointed it was not good enough main course was good & tasty too but didn’t liked their dessert section as i expect much more from the brand like four points hope to see some positive response in my next visit.TASTE – 3/5SERVICE – 4/5PARKING SPACE – ENOUGH
The staff was extremely nice and friendly, for a Sheraton property the buffet prices were extremely reasonable, think it was 1299 for the dinner buffet all inclusive which is really cheap but the food was just not good enough. They could maybe reduce the number of dishes on offer and look at improving the taste maybe!! Overall was kinda disappointed with the place!!
A lovely ambience ,The Terrace wins brownie points for it’s prime location and wonderful view of Dehradun.A lovely place to relax and enjoy after all the day’s humdrums.The dinner buffet was not as extensive as Sheraton hotel in other cities.Nevertheless, they have a compact but delicious menu.We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner amidst a cool breezy evening. Definitely recommend!!!
Truly a single star experience but the additional one star is for the ambience and some decent amount of professionalism in reserving our table. The service was polite but supremely lethargic, they had to be prompted to remove the plates, refilling of drinks, it took us 15 mins just to get hold of the menu. Initially I thought, the staff attending us was hard of hearing however that was not the case. Every dish we ordered took eternity to reach our tables. The food was decent but since it was cold and late, we had lost our appetites. It was pretty obvious that the staff was distracted owing to the ongoing buffet but that was no reason for being so ignorant and neither were they understaffed. Certainly not a Sheraton-like experience! Won’t come back again.
