Well Cafe Library is at the T point of Library Chowk end of Mall Road. And I must say you must visit their if you are staying at Library Chowk to enjoy their tea and cookies.
A cute place with delicious food in front of mall road .Loved the pizza and hot chocolate.Ambience with wooden infrastructure was beautiful.I loved the place because it was vegetarian too
