Ambience – 8.0Food – 9.0Service – 8.0Value for money – 8.5Though I love CCD and I make sure to visit CCD where ever I travel. But here the staff behaviour was not good. They were busy chatting on the phone and were least bothered about the customer. I ordered a cafe americano and sat outside to enjoy the beautiful Nainital lake.
