Had really good food here. Went on multiple occasions trying several different dishes. Veg momos were good as well as the Chow mein. Would definitely go there again. Also liked that they had a book exchange.
I was there a few years ago (2014), and i cant forget that place, Mr Umesh its a special person. I recommend a delicous sweet apple pie

We almost have tried every cafe in Rishikesh and each one is better than the other one. We just loved to be here. The cuisine is excellent.

I have been visiting Cafe Moktan often for lunches and I really liked their garden area, and the good service they have. I have tried Biryani and their momos are the best !
