Dinner in the Lotus Cafe new was a life saviour at that end hour of the time when complete Tapovan (Rishikesh) was closed. interesting menu, wonderful meal that was perfectly served by our waiter, hot (not warm) food and oh so good. All in all, a perfect treat!! The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the full course meal after a long tiring treks. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it..#pancakes was the cherry on the cake.Must try place should go for sure..
So went to this cafe on the second floor, good location and ambience. Ordered a spinich lasagne, lotus special pizza, pineapple and watermelon juice. Lasagne was good in taste till we encountered a string of hair believed to be of the chef, pizza was not that great with a very hard base and too much of spinich. Juices were the best items out of the all we ordered. Staff is courteous and gentle so if the taste is improved its an amazing place to be
We dined here on Christmas eve 2018. The staff here is super amazing, they kept the cafe open late for just our travel group, and prepared meal for a large group of people till late. The orders obviously took time, but it was understandable since it was late (this, less staff) and a large number of people were ordering at the same time (around 50 people). The ambience is calming and vibrant, and the views from the cafe are beautiful. I ordered white sauce pasta and ginger honey lemon tea. Both were delicious, and the ginger honey lemon tea is a must try here! ❤️
Lotus Cafe is one decent food outlet in rishikesh . located in the middle of the main chowk is USP of the place. They serve some really good chinese and italian food. The momos were good. The seating is comfortable and good. The views are good as mostly it is covered by trees and is in the middle of market. Overall a nice simple outlet to relax and enjoy your time with friends .
