You can never go wrong with German Bakery. Amazing pizza and and coffee with the best view of Rishikesh. Yes you can see Laxman Jhula from this place and it is breathtaking.
Recently, I had breakfast here. Ordered pancakes, a Greek salad and a couple glasses of mint tea. I think you can get honey with almost everything here and that is awesome. Food preparation and service was OK. Staff can be more service oriented with a little training. But then most of the restaurants in Rishikesh are not very professional. So, don’t expect much, I guess. Ambience didn’t offer anything new and most of the restaurants along the riverside are same to me. Turnaround time can certainly be reduced. I don’t know if they have power backup or not because it felt a bit hot that day.
