Sorry to say but very much disappointed from their service. We ordered few items on a day when there was a puja at our place on janmasthami so we all were looking for some good veg foods. We opted forhing kachori: 1.5/5 not at all good. The kachori was like normal one nothing like hing kachori. Tha aloo sabji was anly curry nd curry where hardly u vould find two three piece of aloo.Dhokla- 0.5/5 just tooooo bad. The dhokla was not at all fresh. It was stale nd was smelling bad. Nd may be they are the only shop who sent us dhokla without any chutney. So we tried to eat it dry nd failed. Finally had to throw it.Samosa chat- 2.5/5 better then the previous two. But still the taste was not up to the mark. It was all soggy.Raj kachodi-3.5/5 this was the best among the lot. Although not good compared to other shops but still good.This is probably the last time we are ordering from this place.

This is the worst restaurant ever. They are top cheats in the business. Ordered for 8 pieces of Dhokla, 4 pieces of Idli, and 2 pieces of Vada. This is what was delivered. Neither the restaurant nor Zomato is responding to the situation. This is by far the worst experience ever. This was the most polite I could be.
This outlet is on Jessore road Shyam Nagar.We went there on last week to have my breakfast and we had Kachauri and club Kachauri both.Taste is normal and okayish type.But the staffs at the shop my god!! they were super busy, doing nothing and their attitude is no less than Donald Trump. After ordering just two plates of Kachauri we had to wait for 40 minutes for the order to be served on table.And prices are mind blowing. with 1 plate average tasted Kachauri cost you can have 1 plate Egg noodles.Anyways, I am not going to that shop again.In my opinion the best Sharma Snacks branch is in Laketown.
Taking to long to confirm order. Didn’t deliver food properly. I received order with an item missing. When I called them they didn’t even receive my calls. Plus very poor service from zomato support. With out giving a proper solution they give me some credits to use it in next order. What do I do with credits when I need food.
Just awesome. Always been a sharmas fan. I dint know that that have opened a new branch at jessore road. Guys you gotta try the chaat and club kachori here. Its really faab.
The food is OK. Tried Club Kachori and Samosa which is OK type. But the Lassi is quite good. Not that much pricy. For 2 pax INR 150 is good enough.
