Husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here. Chinoiserie is THE top restaurant in Kolkata for oriental cuisine which is located at the Taj Bengal. Food lovers this is the place to visit at least once. The quality of the food is uncompromisable and the ambience speaks elegance!Starters were a type of diced grilled chicken in a spicy sauce with jumbo fried prawns. Main course was chicken and egg fried rice with a type of diced chicken in spicy plum sauce. Very flavourful!! Dessert tender coconut icecream and a lovely dark chocolate mousse which was surprised by the restaurant on account of it being our anniversary!! Won’t deny that the prices are steep but it’s definitely a fabulous fine dine restaurant and perfect for celebrating a special occasion!
