The order was from CFC, i shared the order details below. I also paid for the order online.The valet who was assigned with the job didnot pick up my call. I started calling him from the time the number was shared with me. His phone was either busy or not reachable. After quite some time there came a message from the zomato that the order was cancelled. I tried talking to the zomota chat support to either refund or resend my order. But all the requests went in vain. I am sharing the screenshots here. It’s not about the Money but the food. I had friends waiting for it and this happens which is not done.
