I think their paneer shawarma burger was extremely nice. Egg shawarma wasn’t so good, mostly had coleslaw. Same about egg schezuan noodles. The noodles hardly had any taste and any schezuan sauce in it. Both the egg items had dearth of eggs- so it was disappointing.
I ordered 3 Special Chicken Shawarma Wrap from King Shawarma Express, New Town, Kolkata. I faced a horrible experience with the food. Overall the food belongs to worst category. Even I can’t include it in low grade. The most pathetic part was the mayonnaise portion – bad smell was coming out and taste was very bad. Proper Mayonnaise was not used at all. Chicken was uncooked and smell was also coming from it. Lastly I have to fix its destination at dustbin without having it.
First of all, the name is Raja Shawarma Express, not King Shawarma Express. Talking about food, I had Shawarma wrap (pretty good), french fries (good), sandwich (okayish) and chicken strips (also okayish). Obviously value for money this is. And quantity was huge (really).
