I had ordered parathas from this place based on the rating from a recently popular food delivery app. I don’t know if these kinda outlets pay these apps for escalated ratings or its my expectations that are high from these good for nothing places. Had ordered aloo, gobi and sattu paratha, all of which where so dry one can choke on after having them. It is as if the shop was out of cooking oil while making them. One of the parathas was even burnt and the shop dint care to replace it either with a better one. It is like having a flat piece of brick made of flour. It is better these kind of outlets close and give way for something more meaningful and has purpose. There should be negative ratings for such outlets on Zomato, so that people aren’t fooled with ratings on app which share a symbiotic relationship with these outlets.Lastly, they are however true to their name! ‘Dabbawala’! They really are nothing but ‘Dabba’

I must say.. The food was delicious. Very well packed and the taste was yum!! Ordered Kadhai Paneer & Naan plus Dal & Rice combos. I will definitely order again. Keep it up guys.
Ordered an aloo paratha and a cheese paratha from this place. Really dry parathas with very little stuffing. There was so little cheese/aloo that I could not eat it. I don’t know about other dishes but the parathas are definitely not recommendable here. Plus,they had not given me any pickle despite it being clearly mentioned as a part of the dish in the online delivery app through which I was ordering. I was all ready for that lip-smacking feel of hot parathas with butter and was sorely disappointed.
i ordered two combos from dabbawala.RAJMA CHAWAL COMBO and KADHAI PANEER WITH BUTTER NAAN COMBO.I got really satisfied with the quantity.Taste of each item was moderate.Prices are very pocket-friendly.So any day i wish to try some veg from outside i will think ‘dabbawala’ !!
Most disgusting restaurant I had ever placed an order online, their customer service are horrible,I didn’t get my order after hours I booked it and when calling them they advised me to call delivery boy and from their part problem is solved, that’s how they are running business,I guess they really wanna close their business by themselves, happiness..
Here in Dabbawala you can find everything in pocket friendly rates. Let me tell you the food was quite tasty and the quantity was enough. This is perfect for regular deliveries.
