Not Honouring Zomato Gold on Beer Bira. It comes under the offer as it is 330 ml bottle only.Insisting to take 4 bottles. Not fare.. Zomato support also not reaponding
Perfect ambience to be at with some lip smacking delicacies being served.The location is good and pretty convinient with some good and humble people who served the food.
Food quality and staff behavior is very bad,high price but low quality food.your mood might be happy when u see the ambience but when they serve the food and after that all things is hell.
The hotel sits on the VIP road which you might often see while passing by. We decided to spend one evening here over some food and drinks. Mr Gouranga Mondal made us feel comfortable and helped us with Zomato Gold related doubts (as we were newly introduced to ZG then).Ambience 8.2/10Service 8/10Food 6.5/10I believe there is an area of improvement regarding their food. ( Eg- Crispy chilli babycorn should be ‘crispy’ not soggy, Mixed sauce pasta was good but then it was overpowered with tomato; little less would’ve been better)My actual rating for this review would be 3.7
