We booked their banquet through Weddingz for a party to celebrate my son’s annaprashan.No representative was there from weddingz during the event to entertain our needs and requirements.Though the menu was prefixed,We found one of the items missing.When told about this to NPG hotel they showed us an old mail showing an old menu which wasalready previously follwed up by other mails and the menu was edited.The edited version of the menu was not updated in their system inspite of confirmation by mail.Mouth freshner was also missing.Our full payment was already done before the event and they haven’t adjusted the per plate price after the event inspite of items missing showing the cause that it was booked through weddingz.We are really DISAPPOINTED.Quality of food was good.Taste good.Bhetki paturi was excellent. Ambience good.Cleanliness very good.Staffs behaviour very good.
If you’re looking for some pocket friendly chinese cuisine in a neat and clean environment. This is the perfect destination you’ll like to visit. Everything in this restaurant from staff behaviour to food quality is at it’s peak at a pocket friendly price. Just go for this one without a second thought.
Few weeks before we visited NPG hotel & restro, Chinarpark.The ambiance was not good.But the taste of food was just amazing.We booked our table through dineout, so we got some extra discounts.We have ordered, 1 plate special chicken biriyani, 1 plate delhi butter masala and 2 masala kulchas.
We visited NPG on last week.We got a 15% discount deal from Dineout app.We ordered-*Special Chicken Biriyani(4.5/5)*Masala Kulcha(4.5/5)*Butter Masala Chicken(4.5/5)Food quality and quantity is very good.But the staffs are not upto the mark.They are not professional at all.That is why I am giving it 4 star.

Worst ever food delivered. Its a strong no. Third class food. Its like they put chillies in dishes as if they get in free. Would request all to not even try. Ridiculous restaurant which does not even hear to order specific instructions.
