Seasonal taste : the name worth it. It contains from Bengali Shukto, fried fish to hummas. Tastewise very good. It even has a counter for Bengali luchi kosha mangsho. In dessert section there is a big range of sweet variations. I loved the buffet.Crowd is very good, the place is so huge you won’t feel the gathering. Also the stuff is very courteous.Loved it
Went for Sunday brunch buffet with family during the Dineout food festival. The ambience was good with live music, however because of the huge high ceiling and live counter around the temperature was too hot. They offered options..including Thai, chaats, Tibetan & Indian food. Keeping in mind it’s a 5 star property’s restaurant we expected much better buffet. The taste was average and so was the available options. The only good part of the meal was the dessert spread which was quite tempting.Personal favourite: The dessert spread
Came here for breakfast buffet and it has excellent spread with tons of healthy options. Staff is very warm and service is overall excellent not just with this restaurant but all other restaurant in the hotel. They have a lot of live counters and also very open for customizations. Chef Rupai went above and beyond to cater our needs. Must visit in Kolkata.
This was my second visit here.Last one was around 1.5years ago.I have to say the buffet almost stayed the same yet the price has increased a bit.The amount of items are quite less compared to other fivestar buffets. The items were although quite good. They had the bengali special,Luchi,Aloo Dum & Mangsho Kosha.I hate also every non-veg starters.I have zero complaints about those.I would love if they could add some more options in the maincourse. Now,speaking of the desserts,I feel that the desserts were quite average.Yeah, they are looking quite good in the picture but is quite average in taste. The Indian desserts were better than the westerns. Also the mocktail,I ordered was good. It’s called ‘Bery-very’.You can get 2+2 on drinks here.Happy Dining. 🙂
One of the best breakfast buffet spread in the city. Amazing friendly staff and chefs were present to suggest us for excellent experience. Luckily we been their on weekday so there wasn’t so rush in the restaurant. All the major breakfast options are available. Special mention to the Masala tea counter.
Went to Seasonal Tastes for my birthday lunch today, with my parents, and it was such a wholesome experience! The food is perfect, and the dessert section is Paradise for any sweet tooth. Wonderful spread of salads, more than sufficient variety of veg and non-veg items. The Biryani in the main course was another piece of perfection! The Chef found me clicking around photos with my camera, and suggested I should also visit on a Sunday to get their very best of dishes. Such genuine hospitality and friendly atmosphere, a breathtaking view from the 10th floor, it was a wonderful afternoon spent!
This is one hell of a buffet! Nothing sort of a spectacle. The service was more than I expected.promt service to quick live grill section. Now about the food ,They will give you welcome drink. Then the starter consists 3 veg ,3 non veg and a live grill section ,eat as much prawns as you want.In the main course ,they have Indian and continental and God knows what else, there are so many items I am pretty sure one won’t be able try each item. From glass noodles to grilled fish to biryani to mutton kosha to fish curry and so on.The cold cut section consists oyster, ham, salami ,squid. Now the stand out performer is surely the dessert section.Dahi vada to 4 types of tart ,roshogolla, pastry , cakes.
