I went there for lunch buffet. Nice and homely ambience. Friendly staffs. They have a good collection of starter menu. And nice collection for main course. But the dessert collection is little less. They should come with varieties of desserts.

This is located in Nawpara inside the Fern Residency. Very easy to locate, it serves delicious dishes in town. We went during this durga puja for the buffet spread and we were overwhelmed by the amazing hospitality and delicacies they serve. It was a bengali buffet spread. Would love to visit this place again.

This is located near Chinar park. The main usp of this place is their ambience. Its so cozy and view from the window is great.Service is nice, but i’m disappointed with their buffet. There were no such variety. Only the starters were good. Food is average. Not many option even in the dessert section.

Just few days back was out for some pujo shopping when we had the idea to try out the buffet from XII Zodiac. A themed restaurant inside the Fern Residency, stands just on the main road from Chinar Park towards City Center 2, on you right. On walking in, you’ll find glass windows that overlooks the main road with soft music playing inside. The ambiance is something that people from all age will enjoy. We came in from the harsh sunlight and were immediately offered a lemonade. It was refreshing and the perfect start to the wonderful buffet. For starters you’ll find items of chicken, fish, one veg and paneer. The dishes change from day to day. We had the chicken 65, mahi tikka (fish), crispy chilli baby corn and paneer tikka. There were bite sized momos too served with a tangy sauce. The chicken was soft and tender. The paneer was definitely the best. You can accompany your starters with a variety of salads. There was moong bean salad and even chicken salad. For main course, there was an array of dishes starting from plain steamed rice to chinese noodles and a plethora of more dishes. You could pair the rice with yellow daal and a matar mushroom ki sabzi. You can also take Indian breads to go with the Daal Makhani, Shahi Paneer and the veg item. What tasted the best according to me was their chicken curry. It was beautifully seasoned and the aroma of garam masala was invigorating. The chilly fish too was nice with soft pieces of boneless fish. Mutton lovers can rejoice as they can fill up their plate with spicy Rogan Josh too.Coming to the dessert, we tried the coconut laddoo, baked bonde and rosogolla. The coconut laddoo was something you had to have to believe. It was soft on the inside and dusted with coconut flakes on the inside. Every dessert tasted equally good.Overall, this is one place you can’t go wrong with. Please give them a visit if you are in the area. You’ll be elated.Happy eating :))
