Yule is a beautiful tea lounge located inside Eco park.Gate number 3 would be the nearest landmark.It was already evening when we visited.The entire lounge has got a wooden finish.It has both indoor and outdoor seating area.The ambience is pleasant and perfect for a quite date.Coming to the food we only had their tea.There is not much variety in food though.Assam white tea- It was average,tasted more like green tea.Passion fruit tea- I loved this variant.It was frangnant and had a beautiful after taste.Looking forward to trying their food menu on the next visit.Happy dining ๐
Terrible experience! Absolutely insensitive and callous management. Doesn’t take into account customer loyalty etc. Money minded people. Have vowed never to visit this place again.
Visited Today. Tasted Rajgarh masla tea. Biscuits were complementary. The tea tastes incredible. Enjoyed the soothing ambience and the place.
Location :: located at Eco Park, enter by Gate no.3 !Ambience :: The beautiful wood-house amidst lush greenery surely gives a reminisce of some quaint hillside cafe.The outdoor seating area overlooking the peaceful garden is decked with wooden tables & cushioned chairs, it looks more glammed up when the tiny yellow lights are lit up in the evening. The indoor seating area flanked by glass doors and windows, a few high chairs & a television appears more snuggy . It also has a variety of tea and juices on display.Food/ beverage :: the menu is quite squeaky, listing pasta, noodles, sandwiches, momos , a handful of starters and an assorted list of teas.Had ordered for ::1. steamed and fried momos ( served only with red chutney, no soup ) Momos were fresh, tasted good .2. Virgin Mohito3. Chamomile tea Price :: paid around INR 600 for 2 momo platters, 1 mohito, 2 chamomile teas Staff :: 1) seemed lost.2) zomato shows Yule Tea Lounge open till 8:30 pm, but it was around 7:15 pm when we were handed over with the bill receipt ( without even asking for it) . As I longed for another tea ,asked the guy attending, to serve another cup before making the payment .. to which he blatantly refused saying โ they are closing โ I was finally served tea, when my friend (from Northeast) accompanying me started conversing in their local language , mentioning the listed timing on zomato and a couple who had just entered and ordered!There was another issue with the payment , the same guy denying order said they donโt have change , nor can a card payment be done for the billed amount. Ultimately, the change was given by the man at the counter !Loved the warm & cozy vibe of the place , would like to visit again to try the other items available also , as itโs so close to home, but of course without any nuisance of the staff for reasons avoidable !
Very rude and disrespectful staff so I didn’t even place my order and left i recommend don’t enter there shop if u can’t dress according to their standards..worst experience ever
A slice of hill in the middle of Kolkata. The interior is so good. A conversation over tea place! I had chamomile tea and my friend had mango iced tea (in taste these were awesome) and chicken sandwich (it was not good in taste). Though I don’t know about other dishes. Behaviour of the staffs were average. The view, collection of tea and the interior was the best part of Yule.
