Visited this lovely place today. Anyone can easily locate it. Ambience is quite good. Tried their Chicken Grilled Sandwich and Fish Fry. The foods were like homemade and it was too delicious as well.
Tucked in a lane off the main road, the location is easily accessible. It’s right next to a busy street, yet has a quiet ambience. Basic but nice interiors and has a few tables for seating. We tried the Fish Batter Fry with chips, Egg Sandwich, Darjeeling Tea and a Chilli Coriander Cookie & Chocolate Rum ball.Batter Fry Fish was okay – the flavours were balanced but the coating was a little soft and soggy and the dish was overall a little oily. The sandwich was quite tasty. The bread was fresh and the filling was good. The tea was flavourful but was served barely warm. Chocolate Rum ball was good, but the chilli coriander cookie tasted a little bland and was soft.Overall, a mixed bag of experience. Some items were good but service and a little more attention to detail would make the experience for diners better. Overall a decent spot to hangout over a hot cup of tea and some munchies.
