I have visited the hotel during last Durga Puja. And luckily I have got dine in. Their buffet is just awesome. And the most important thing u will get to eat so many type of cuisine under one roof. Their food is also very good. Mainly I liked their Indian section as I am fan of spicy food but their continental and Chinese section are also very good. The staffs were well mannered and you get the royal feeling while dinning,as the ambience is so beautiful. One should must visit this place if he/she wants to feel Royal . – Thank you
The place has been on my wishlist since it opened its door. As the name suggests the place is royal & grand. The spread is huge. Salads, cold cuts, soups , snacks , oriental, Italian, Indian all varieties are available so it would be difficult for someone to even taste each & every item. Not all the items were good. Some were good, some average and some were not great at all. Out of all I really loved their mutton roganjosh, manipuri mutton & mutton biryani. Those items were perfectly cooked and super delicious. I didn’t like thai chicken curry and found a weird smell in it. The dessert sections was again having lots of options but most of the desserts are not that great though they were looking delicious. So overall you will have mixed experience in terms of taste. Staffs should be more attentive. Overall it was a decent experience and some of the items I thoroughly enjoyed.

Nice place with awesome ambience. Now coming to the food yes it’s very very good.Even the variations of the different types of food are like huge. Now comes the starter and the desert they were just out of the world quality for a buffet restaurant. But the thing that I actually didn’t understand was that when I am going to dine at a place like ITC the quality should be just like different from any restaurant. In this case I found that the quality was better than any buffet restaurant but the quality was never up to the mark of ITC. Rest all was good.
We went for dinner and the dinner buffer price was 1475/- including taxes..Taste of foods absolutely very good..White sauce pasta, fuchka, dating vada from live counter was very good..Other starters was also very good specially tawa fish, reshmi kebab..Also from main course I like the mutton, mutton biryani..But all desserts were not good..I was expected red velvet cake will be delicious but no that was pathetic..But the service was little slow maybe for the crowd..
This is one of most hyped place, we reserved our table 1week prior but still had to wait for 15mins and food was average then staffs were taking forever to give assistance. This kind of service is not we expect from a 5star brand like this.
ITC Royal Bengal-this name describes it all. There is nothing more to elaborate.Me and My partner got into there to experience the royal buffet arrangement.True to say,we were spoilt of choices. They have so many sections like north indian, oriental, chinese and so on that one will be surely confused about what to try.Kebab section was not full of variety and tasted nothing great.Saladas Sui Mai fried rice noodle and other chinese cuisines,Main courses and specially the dessert section are very impressive.
