This place offers a good range of Japanese food. They are ‘rotation-sushi’ type of restaurant, where you see sushi platters displayed on conveyor belts. The seating arrangement is quite limited, but even then the decor and arrangements are nice. We opted for Gohan with miso soup which was good. We ordered cocktails on 2+2 offer, and they were nicely done as well.
Been looking to experience Japanese cuisine in its glory, and Aajisai didn’t disappoint. The ambience is welcoming, and staff really helpful. The conveyor belt food service is one of a kind. Loved the salmon nigiri and chicken teriyaki sushi. But the star of the show was the cha shu tonkotsu ramen. The broth was hearty, and the meat delicious. Will definitely go back with Sukla G
Was here for Ashtami dinner. I have been wanting to visit this place for long and i was definitely not disappointed. From the atmosphere to the food everything was perfect. We ordered the seabass set meal which included salad, soup, sauted veggies, sticky rice, seabass( kolktata bhetki) and ice cream. One set meal serves one but can be shared by two if you take an appetizer. We ordered the love boat from pujo special menu which included 3 types of sushis- spicy tuna, spicy salmon and chicken teriyaki (4pieces each). Overall a lovely experience.
Visited this place on this puja eve..It was Ashthami evening when I went there for dinner..Food taste, quality and ambience was great..Decor is quite nice of this place..Service was good..But the food quantity was very less..Not sufficient for one also..This s the thing they should improve on..Or else a very good place..Perfect date place with yr partner I must said..Overall experience was good
Think of authentic Japanese food and this place would definitely top the chart. They have separate seating arrangements, we tried the one which had the live kitchen where the chef prepared each of the dishes in front of us. Yes! That’s true. We tried the Salmon Teppanyaki Set which consisted of soup, sauted vegetables, noodles, grilled salmon and ice cream. We tried their hand rolled sushi from the a la carte menu and paired it with red wine. The total amount was 5000/-. They have a unique automatic food delivery system where the food comes out of the kitchen to your table in a tray automatically (you gotta visit the place to actually believe it). The chef was really good and made us try the noodles while cooking and also explained us the cooking procedure. The ambience is pretty and the staff is very polite. This has been by far the best eatery for me at quest mall.
Pros1. The food and drinks are really good. We tried the miso soup and Gohan rice combo, besides having Mai Tai and Pina Colada cocktails.2. The Ambience was good. This place is a Kaiten-zushi -a sushi restaurant where the plates with the sushi are placed on a rotating conveyor. This has been a trend among Japanese restaurants since 1958, when Shiraishi opened the first conveyor belt sushi Mawaru Genruku Sushi in Higashiosaka in eventually expanding to up to 250 restaurants all over Japan.3. The staff are attentive.ConsThey add service charge to the bill without informing customers about their right to have it rescinded- which they should, as per law.
Just went there recently. This is a relatively new place serving authentic Japanese cuisines. Tried their chicken tempura, chicken ramen and chicken teriyaki, and to say their food was delicious would be an understatement. The ambience is obviously awesome. The staffs are helpful. Great place to enjoy some Japanese Food. Didn’t try there sushi but will try it on our next visit.
