Pros1. The ambience is sassy; the attitude of staff friendly.2. They play good music in the background and have giant screens where mostly some sports channel is put on.3. They make lovely cocktails. The hot toddy was spot on; Johnnie ginger and Berries and rose Taptail(LIIT mix) felt good.ConsThey levy service charge on the bill without letting customers know about their right to have it waived- which is mandatory as per law.
Great place with Amazing food and hookah.
Had some interesting food and drinks at Episode One. They have several innovative cocktails and the best part is that these can be ordered as a single alcohol base or L.I.T. mix. The food menu has a lot of variety and whatever we tried turned out good. Definitely going back to try their Sunday brunch.
My first experience at Episode One is of their new Sunday Brunch – Feast India Company – which they launched recently. To put it in short, this brunch buffet is a must-try for anyone who wants a lazy Sunday afternoon amidst the beautiful decor. My suggestion – pick the balcony area. Don’t miss the Laksa soup with prawns and pan grilled fish from the buffet, and tacos and pastas from the live counter. I also loved the mini pizzas and the mezze platter. The brunch is available at Rs. 995. They also have a range of unique cocktails to make your Sunday even more interesting. It’s available at a cost of Rs. 900. My personal favourite is the lichi lemongrass cocktail. The mix of flavours is going to make your heart swoon. All in all – absolutely delightful! justodthings.com
Good place located in topsia. Food is nice. Like their pasta, pizza and noodles.
Feast India Company Sunday Brunch at Episode One comes for just ₹995 (AI) !With different varities of live counters (Chaat Section, Eggs Counter, Uttapam Counter, Pasta Counter), a live Taco Station & a Salad Station, the exquisite brunch looks fabulous! Delicious Sliders, Juicy Dimsums, Mini Pizzas, lipsmacking Appetizers, hearty main course & soulful desserts, the specially curated brunch menu is definitely power packed & elegant! My recommendations :Pork Chorizo Tacos, Smoked Chicken Mini Pizza, Spaghetti, Mac n Cheese Pasta, Puchka, Chicken Sui Mai, Pan grilled fish, Prawn Laksa. Also, don’t miss out on the Coconut Caramel Custard & Snicker Truffle from their innovative dessert section!Highly Recommended! kolkatadelites.wordpress.com
Episose One is very easy to locate as it is located on proper main road, near the Topsia Crossing. It is in the first floor of the building. The place is quite large and divided into separate sections like library, veranda and all.The theme or concept of this place is based on old British gymkhana.Staff were very much courteous and service was quick.I had tried-Salad:Cous Cous Tabouli Salad,Small Plates:Mega Sev Puri,Fish Kempu,Dynamite Prawns,Dumplings:Gen Tao’s Chicken,Truffle & Edamame Dumplings,Sushi:Avocado Cream Cheese,Prawn Tempura,Tacos:Paneer Khurchan Tacos,Chicken Tikka Masala Tacos,Bao:Katsu Chicken Bao,Tofu & Basil Bao,Smoke Plates:Chicken Yakitori,Bhuttey Matar Ki Shami,Slider:Cheetos Chicken,Pizza:Four Cheese Truffle Oil,Spicy Chicken Pizza,Meals:Matar Paneer Kofta,Shawarma Chicken Curry,Desserts:Gulabnut,Snicker Bars.Salad was chatpata and refreshing. Sev puri was too much mouth watering. Fish kempu was like fish fry, but the quality and taste were awesome. Dynamic prawn was fried prawns sauted in gravy. Both the chicken and veg dumplings were tasty, soft, well cooked. Here for the first time, I had tried sushi and I just loved it. Tacos were best, coating was soft and filling was yummy. Baos were soft and their fillings were good too,not too much spicy. Chicken yakitori was another fav dish of mine from here,it tasted more like pan fried momos and awesome. Base of pizzas was thin and soft. Burger was soft and patty was yum. Biryani served with Shawarma chicken curry was amazing and the chicken dish was also good. Matar paneer kofta was also soft and went well with the rice. Lastly, desserts were beautiful. It was an amazing experience and a must recommended place it is.
