Got a bar of choco mousse with berry and nuts as gift from this outlet of fabelle and needless to say as always I am mesmerised with the way the packaging was done and obviously the chocolates tasted even better.
Took the Fabelle Single Origin Cacaos on the hostess recommendation.Thoroughly enjoyed it, found the hostess Ramyani, knowledgeable and helpful to make my choice.would definitely recommend trying the other options as well.Planning to try the Ganache next visit.Kudos to ITC for the concept .

Located inside Quest Mall, ground floor.Got 2 products from here ~â–ª Elements : (5/5)The 5 elements box consisting of exquisite handcrafted pralines. Highly reccomended.Fire – It is a dark chocolate shell filled with white mousse, candied mango shards and anchovy chilli flavour, giving it a fiery, spicy aftertaste.Wood – Chocolate filled with mousse, cinnamon & coffee. Perfect for dark chocolate lovers. An excellent creation.Water – Chocolate with mousse, french sea salt & acacia nectar. Be careful while biting into it, for the thick, creamy mousse tends to flow out, creating a burst of surprise. Excellently balanced flavours.Air – Light, aerated mousse encased in dark chocolate shell.Earth – Chocolate chunky bits, with a chocolate casing and dark chocolate mousse.â–ª Chocolate Bar : (3.5/5)Chocolate Bar filled with chocolate mousse, berries & assorted nuts. The mousse was thick & rich. However, the overall chocolate was a let down, failing to live up to the Fabelle standards. Would prefer other standard chocolates than this one. Not reccomended.Excellent packaging, makes an ideal gift. Prices are on the high side. However, the quality is totally worth every cent. Also, unlike the outlet in ITC Sonar Bangla which has a lot more varieties, fresh products and customization options available, this one only has Boxed Chocolates. So for the true Fabelle experience, head over to the one in ITC.
