Visited here for a first time, I ordered cheese margharita and chocolate brownie and I find the food quite good. Also, staffs were really courteous. I was appalled by the kind of service and quality that i received when I visited Q33 for the first time. We ordered two hot chocolates and the taste was blunt to say the least. It was watery and lacked any amount of chocolate in the drink. The service was close to being disastrous. Four servers were busy chatting amongst themselves without having a single person to attend to the main crowd in the seating area. It took us about ten minutes and extreme hand waves to finally have someone to attend to us.
Located in the ground floor of the mall. It’s a cafe with ample area for seating.We ordered:1. Chicken Ham & Olive Pizza: Pretty ordinary nothing special. Initially the served pizza’s base was almost burnt, after notifying the same they served as another one.2. Fish N Chips: Ordinary one.3. Cappuccino: Average.Staffs were cooperative. Highly overpriced.

Located in the ground floor of Quest Mall , this cafe is a true gem. The staff is very warm and courteous . The ambience is really nice and cozy inspite of being located amidst the hustle bustle of Quest Mall . The menu has a wide range of delicious offerings. I opted for a large cup of americano and health lovers’ chicken with pepper sauce .The chicken breasts were tender , juicy and cooked to perfection . One thing worth mentioning is how full of flavours is their mashed potato . Of all the mashed potatoes I’ve ever tasted not just of the places of Kolkata , this one had such wonderful flavours that I at a point thought of asking some more of them. Loved it absolutely and will definitely visit this place again to try out their other offerings
