I tried their veg thali. They make a heck of a moong dal. The alu bhaja and paneer sabji were good too. Along with these, rice and data chachari, papad, salad made it a nice dinner.
Ordered lunch this afternoon and quite loved the food. My orders were Shukto, Labra , Steamed Rice and Pabda in Kalojirer Jirer Jhol. They didn’t have shukto so they replaced it with Moong Dal. Food tasted good although the packaging could have been a bit tidier. Good bengali food at affordable rate.
Moderate.Ordered only (not via zomato)1. I don’t know why but though the packaging was looking good,but inside all became a mess because of the chicken curry as it leaked. I was not sure it was the fault of the packaging or handling.Ordered: chicken thali.(rice+dal+aloo dum+sabji+chicken curry (3pc)+bagun bhaja+papad+salad.)Quantity : it was good , enough for 1. 5/5Taste:not goodDal:3*Aloo dum:4*Sabji: I found only bringal ,2*Bhaja:4.5*Rice:4.5*Chicken: not well cooked, pieces were not impressive.1*.Remarks:I want to suggest no need to add too many items rather improve the taste and serve 3-4 items.Though the quantity was so good but taste was disappointing..
As a 1st time customer, I must say I am quite impressed by what was on offer. I ordered veg thalis, and the portion size as well as the quality and taste were quite good. Looking forward to trying out more items from their vast menu.
Went to Wow Bangla, Kalighat a few months ago for some delicious bengali food items. I ordered 1 Plate Non Veg Combo Meal in that they gave Basanti Pulao with Chicken Kassa (2 Pcs) with Salad and Sweet for Rs. 185/- the food was delicious and the staff’s were friendly as well the service was quick and decorations were okay. Thank you Wow Bangla for making my day awesome.
