Visited this restro 3 times till now probably and have to say they serve very good quality, quantity food at a very competitive price. Liked their Chinese dishes like Fried Rice, Chicken side dishes but hakka was okayish. 1 plate of quantity is absolutely sufficient for 2 people. Highly recommended from my side.

My all time favourite place, although a bit gloomy but they serve amazing food.Their Chinese is definitely a must try.The quantity and quality of the food is excellent.And very much pocket friendly too.
This place is a very popular restaurant in the Jadavpur area and I had heard about it from many. I visited it on a Monday afternoon expecting a lesser rush but to my surprise only 1 table was empty. This got my expectations quite high.The seating area is quite small and packed with tables to use the maximum space. Lightings are very dim. I didn’t quite like the ambience as there was not much privacy due to the tables being very close to each other.Service was slow too. I had ordered for simple dishes which took them almost 35-40 mins to serve. And due to high turnover, the 2-3 servers were catering to multiple tables which further slowed the service.Finally for the food, I had ordered :1⃣ MURG BIRYANI : This was a simple Kolkata Style biryani with 2 large pieces of very tender chicken, one potato and one egg. Loved the softness of the chicken and the potato was perfectly cooked. Quantity was good too. Enough for 2 people. Only downside was the fact that there was too much of fragrance for my liking.2⃣ MUTTON MAHARAJA : The dish had 4 pieces of mutton in a spicy gravy and was garnished with raisins and cashews. The dish tasted pretty good and went well with the biryani and also breads which you will order. The mutton though had uneven cook as some pieces were very tender and some were very tough.3⃣ AMRITSARI KULCHA : One single amritsari kulcha costed 70 rs but it was large. Enough for 1 person on its own. Tasted very good though with dry fruits in it.4⃣ ONION SALAD : mentioning this separately because one plate of it costed 50 rs which hardly had 2 onions. Really very expensiveOverall, I think that the food was average but costs are very high for the service and food. Wouldn’t visit anytime soon.
This is located in Jadavpur.Very famous restaurant in that area.College students mostly visit there.The ambience is nice.The food is awesome.There Chinese dishes are mouthwatering.Especially chicken fried rice.
