Went there with family for dinner. The ambiance us quirky with punjabi posters all over. We ordered butter naan, tandoori roti, peas pulao, kadhai chicken, tangri butter chicken. To be very honest among all i only liked their Kadhai Chicken. The Peas Pulao, more like veg Pulao also wasn’t bad. But the tandoori roti was very hard. Even the butter naan was soo oily and stretchy. I expected it to be soft! And the worst part was, the Tangri butter chicken that was served to us among 2 leg pieces 1 was completely raw so couldn’t taste the other one. However they changed only the raw piece and gave another piece which had cuts all over so that the hot gravy can seep in and cook the meat. It wasn’t marinated properly in the spices so tasted very bland. Did not have a very nice experience this time.

It tasted amazing.The ambience is mind blowing with dim lighting and posters of various movies which justifies their theme.The staff was helpful and polite. I am writing this review after visiting this restaurant for atleast 3 times. It’s right next to City Centre 1. Ambiance is okay and you might like it if you are a film buff. Service was prompt and the person serving us was very polite. We ordered Naan, Masala Kulcha, Chicken Tangri Kebab, Mutton Keema matar, Chicken Tikka Masala. Tangri kebab was excellent very juicy yet the smoky flavour. Naan and Kulcha was good. Chicken Tikka Masala was tasty. But unfortunately Mutton Keema was a bit blunt, I have tasted better mutton Keema in this same restaurant before as well and I know it tastes good.
This restaurant (or dhaba as the name suggests) is located beside city centre exit gate.Ambience is quite good.Well trained staffs.Coming to taste of food,had ordered butter naan,mutton curry and fresh lime soda.Mutton was average in taste, pieces should be more soft.Butter naan was soft and well prepared.Fresh lime needs to be improved.Overall an average experience.Price of the food is bit high according to a dhaba menu.Anywaz all the best.
Some kebab cravings and I went for an order of a Tandoori Paneer for home delivery from this Punjabi outlet – have seen this place numerous times – conveniently situated just outside City Centre 1, Salt Lake – but never visited it!My stuff was seamlessly delivered by Swiggy, but as the package unearthed, the paneer did seem over-burnt at a few places – never mind!However, the presence of unwanted ingredients – toooooooo much of chilies – is what really turned us off! I had requested them to refrain from adding any – but they missed out on adhering to the special requests!Moving ahead – the paneer tasted somewhat bland, chutney was very nice but I can’t rate them based on the side dish, especially considering the sky high prices they charge!Overall, a big let-down – looking forward to a better experience in future!
This place is located near CC1. The place is small but it has a well decorated celling. We ordered Biriyani. The quality and quantity was good. The Mutton pience was perfictly cooked and was very soft. Recomended
Have visited this place long ago. The ambience is good and it has an authentic Bollywood cinema them decor which is really amazing. It mainly offers North Indian / Punjabi cuisines. I have ordered1) Kashmiri pulao – it is a bit more fruity, than I expected( 3/5)2. Butter naan (4/5)3. chicken kasha (5/5)The food tasted really good.
