A good place for having lunch or breakfast for nearby office workers. Food is hygienic and well priced. It is fully veg. And the tea is one of the best in nearby area.
Being a member of Kolkata’s office para this is one of my favourite.Arguably the best north indian veg food restaurant.Is it the curry rice,Paratha,aloo dum,Chana masala,paneer roll ,noong dal ki halwa or the jumbo tea.I loved every food of this place.
Situated beside Four Mangoe Lane, KAKA TEA is well known for its snacks, tea as well as vegetarian menu options. Today (Feb 6, 2019) I tried the YELLOW DAL, ALOO METHI and ROTI. Quite reasonably priced at Rs. 30, Rs. 35 and Rs. 10 respectively, the quantity is more than sufficient for even a large eater (like me!). Taste is average and hence I have given them * * * (3 Star) rating.
