Located right opposite Ahindra Mancha, Chetla, this small sweet shop is the saviour of the local residents. Quality of a few items is questionable but most of the sweet preparations are pretty decent. I personally like the two kinds of sandesh which they call ‘sugar free’ but are actually less sweet than the ordinary ones. The good ol’ bonde is really good. Singara is good too and so is the common rosogolla. Their fried sweets (pantua, lyangcha etc.) and mishti doi are not upto the mark. But they are doing very good business because of the lack of decent sweet shop in the area.

Located in Chetla, this sweet shop is pretty small both in quality and quantity of area it acquires!!! Food quality a bit above average, all over ,service pretty fast, no crowdy situations as such, hygiene and cleanliness (can’t expect much out of such a small outlet) ; Their snacks, singaras,etc. along with the sweet tooth delicacies like kalakand, sandesh, rosogolla are pretty basic; their tok doi is somewhat better than the rest of the items!!!Anyways , improvement required !!!
This is a local sweet shop in chetla near my home.Its an outlet people prefer here after desher khabar.Their singaras are pretty good.Among sweets I love their chhanar jilipi & gujiya too.
Menoka sweets is a small sweet shop located at Chetla.Ambience is ok with quick service.Tried their Chamcham, kalakand & singaara. Sweets were decent and singaara was ok, but nothing to rave about.Overall an above average experience.
জায়গা ছোট , বসে খাবার জায়গা নেই । মিষ্টির মান সাধারণ আর পাঁচটা দোকানের মত , আহামরি কিছু লাগে নি । তবে সব মিষ্টির দোকানে গিয়ে যেটা না খেয়ে বের হই না সেটা রসগোল্লা সেটা এখনে তেমন ভালো লাগে নি ।
A decent sweet shop in and around Chetla, this is a quick option to try some snacks and/or sweets. Tried the Roshogolla and Samosas from this place, which tasted pretty decent. facebook.com
