A South Indian restaurant located in Sector 1 of Salt Lake and while the food may seem nice and while they may have a good presentation, they don’t taste good. They give various sauces and while some are okay, some of them are HORRIBLE! Especially the yellow colored sauce. The idlis and dosas are below average and overall, this entire restaurant is pretty below average.
Tucked on the corner of a lane, right below City Centre Metro Station, this cafe is easy to miss. Though worth your money and time if you spot it. The place has no nonsense delectable South Indian food. It is hygeinic and clean and has an outdoor seating arrangement. The food is tasty and flavorful at the same time not overly spicy or oily, so its easy on your stomach (exactly how South Indian food is expected to be). The menu is simple and light on the pocket too. Tea and Filter Coffee are nice. Overall a great place for people who love simple South Indian food without much drama. Also, great for people on the move looking for a quick bite thats healthy and filling! One of my favorite joints lately!
South Indian food craving but do not have time to visit a restaurant then come here. The dosa was very good. I had almost burned my tongue with the sambar. I had also ordered an uttapam but forgot to click its picture, was too busy eating. My mother loved their tea.Its in an open place so during summers might be a problem since they do not have a fan.
