Ara is one of the ‘proper’ restaurant establishments we spotted on the mall road during our Darjeeling trip. We went here for dinner during December 2019. The place looked pretty with Christmas decorations put up had a really cozy feel which suited us perfectly on that wintry night Food we ordered: COTTAGE CHEESE STEAK – big paneer slabs with Mexican rice, it was good VEGGIE NAANZA – this is like a thing crust vegetable pizza which tasted good
The nature of the staff is weird. I visited this place for desserts. They have a variety of four. I ordered hot brownies with ice cream, vanilla ice cream and mango smoothie. Unfortunately, none of it was impressive enough. The brownies weren’t fresh. But the presentation was nice.
Stopped by for some wholesome lunch after shopping. This place looked really neat so we went here the ambience is really cozy they have a good selection of drinks. So we ordered a side of fries, garlic bread, club sandwich chicken, fried prawns, chicken stroganoff & Italian chicken gravy with rice. Everything was just lovely I’d highly recommend going here!
