I went to KRYSTAL CHOPSTICK with family . as it’s a very good place to spene time with family and their food was so amazing .
I have been visiting this joint for quite some time. But this time round was appalled at the cleanliness of the restaurant. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and was leaking water. The napkins were stained and not properly sanitized. The overall ambience and cleanliness is very very poor. A small request to the management, kindly provide plates which are warm atleast during the winters. Overall it’s better to spend money on some better restaurants like Mainland China or Asia Kitchen or even Hakka.
We headed there for a late lunch on a lazy Sunday. We ordered mixed rice and schezwan chicken. The restaurant was quite full that time. The service was extremely slow. Otherwise the taste and quantity wise it was pretty good. Even after waiting for so long when the food didn’t appear, we even thought of leaving the restaurant. We didn’t have any option cause it was pretty late. But when we got the dishes it was really tasty. I wish to visit there again.
I went here with my friends this puja and enjoyed my time. The dishes were excellent. I loved the Schezwan chicken and noodles. Staffs are cordial, decoration is pleasant.
Very bad experience.. Went on dashami.. Prawn schezwan was for Rs650 but not edible, prawns were so tough and smelly. Veg manchurian was also not fresh. Not expected from krystal chopstick.
