Shawn’s Hut, a small stall outside south city pinnacle, owned by a man from Kerala serves authentic Kerala food. He introduced me to appam and am truly a fan now. His behaviour, his taste, his pricing makes me regular to his place.He loves experimenting and keeps on bringing more and more Kerala food on trail and then removes them for new items. Watch this guy he’s gonna become huge one day.Try his appam or lemon rice, you too will become a regular here at his stall
