Basic is the word I will use today. But hospitality remains the same. They treat people nicely.I ordered cheese Masala dosa and it was there on my table in 10 minutes.Dosa was a little heavy, but sambhar and coconut chutney were brilliant.Neat and clean place for a lunch or breakfast, if you are short on cash.Coffee was large. Was served in a water glass, almost full

It is by the side of the metro cinema(the one which is currently being modified) the lane which in common tongue known as camera goli , the hotel is good and the sitting arrangement is mediocre and is very much pocket friendly. One thing that it is not air conditioned. Was introduced by a dear friend of mine and I was not disappointed, a great place to have south Indian dishes, though the size of the dhosa are cut down a little after the introduction of the GST, but still one dhosa is enough for a man/woman. Pocket friendly must visit.. Especially of you are on esplanade for shopping on summer noon, you would definitely try to keep your cool by having a south Indian dish rather than opting for other fast food items.
Very good place to get south Indian food. Dahi vada, sambhar vada, dosas are really good. There is a mention of this place in a Feluda novel.
After a long & weary afternoon of shopping, we finally decided to grab a quick bite but were unable to find a decent restaurant. All of a sudden, my dad remembered this place and was quite eager to take a trip down memory lane. Trust me, the lip-smacking Special Butter Masala Dosa was to die for! The hot dal and luscious sambar left me craving for more! I couldn’t make out why my mom’s dosa was a bit cold although ours turned out to be perfectly fresh and hot. While the staff was wonderful, I also enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the place. If you love South Indian dishes, this place is a must go!
I come to know about this place from my parents. Situated in metro gali, esplaned.Serves yummy south Indian food. My personal favourite Hyderabadi pulao.
